Man charged with breaching condition

Shortly after 10 a.m. on Sunday, police observed a 31-year-old man, who was on house arrest, in the Elizabeth St. area in Chatham.  He was arrested for breaching this condition. Police say the man was found to be possession of meth and charged. He was held for a bail hearing.
