Two charged with murder in missing person case

Two men are facing murder charges in connection with the disappearance of a 29-year-old man last October.

Windsor police say Jerome Allen, 29, was last seen in the early morning hours of October 20th, 2018 in the west-side of Windsor.

Officers have executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 3400 block of Cross Street in relation to this investigation.

In a media release yesterday, Windsor police said the case has been classified as a murder investigation.

Charges have been filed against the three arrested individuals:
Joshua Gillespie, 28, is charged with murder.  

Mohammad Al-Yousufi, 23, is charged with murder.  

Rosalind Nussio, a 27-year-old woman from Windsor, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.

All three were arrested on April 14th.
