Lambton OPP officer charged with obstruction of justice, breach of trust

A 31-year-old member of the Lambton County OPP Detachment was arrested on November 27th, following an investigation conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Professional Standards Bureau

OPP say Provincial Constable Craig Johnston has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with Obstruction of Justice and Breach of Trust.

He has been a member of the OPP for 10 years and is currently suspended with pay.

Johnston is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on January 7th.
