Chatham break-ins under investigation

Chatham-Kent police are investigating three break and enters that occurred in Chatham over the last few days.

Police were dispatched to attend the area of McNaughton Avenue in response to a call of a break and enter Tuesday at around 3 p.m.

Officers learned that sometime since Saturday, someone entered the  residence by breaking the front door window.

The second break and enter occurred sometime since Monday in Tecumseh Park.

Police say someone entered the band shell located at Tecumseh Park and stole approximately $6,000 worth of items.

On Tuesday  police were dispatched to a Keil Drive South business in Chatham in response to a call of a break and enter.  Sometime overnight, someone entered the business and stole money  from the cash register.
