London man charged with sexual offences involving a person less than 16 years of age
The Huron County OPP Crime Unit is currently investigating alleged sexual offences involving a person less than 16 years of age. A suspect was identified and police has laid charges in relation to these allegations.
Kelly Douglas Laycox, currently of London ON, has been arrested and charged with sexual assault and sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age.
To date, a total of five victims have been identified, dating back to 1976. The accused has been involved with various churches in the Huron County area. The 54-year-old man has also been employed in teaching martial arts and meditation to children.
The accused is presently in custody and has a bail hearing on January 25th at the Goderich Ontario Court of Justice.
