Chatham man charged with uttering threats

Yesterday, a 24-year-old Chatham man has been charged with two counts of uttering threats. The man became involved in a verbal argument with his ex-girlfriend.  During this discussion, he threatened the woman.

About an hour and a half later, police received information that he had also threatened another ex-girlfriend on this same date.  The man has been held in custody while waiting for a bail hearing.
