Update in Wallaceburg assault
As previously reported, the 31-year-old woman that was air lifted to hospital in London, has since been released from hospital care.
On Monday, October 19th around 1:45 a.m. police responded to a residence on Elgin Street. Unknown suspects entered the home and assaulted a woman.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service has no information to believe that the public is at any greater risk following this incident. The Major Crime Unit continues to investigate and urges anyone with information to contact Constable Dan Hamilton at 519-436-6600 extension #284.
