On May 21st Chatham’s award winning country band Snakebite will release their new CD entitled “My Road”, while pre-sale will begin on iTunes April 23rd.
CKReview News had a sneak-peak at the album. The CD will kick-off with the hit “My Road”, a song about growing up and owning your own future path. Other hits include “That’s My Song”, about writing a country song to rival the greats such as Willie, George, Waylon and Merle and “All Night Long”, a song that hit radio stations across Southwestern Ontario last year. “All Night Long” tells the story of that one girl you couldn’t get off your mind.
Marty Marsh, song-writer and guitarist in Snakebite wrote most of the songs with lead singer Paul Lowry, and past drummer Derek Babanin. Snakebite has been performing their hits with great reception all over Southwestern Ontario, securing gigs such as Bothwell Optifest, the CBD Club in Wallaceburg and Ribfest Chatham.
Snakebite is now comprised of vocalist Paul Lowry, guitarist Marty Marsh, guitarist Eric Demunyck, drummer Shawn Tasker and bassist James Vermue, a band that plays tight, keeps the dance floor moving and continues to work towards more awards and achievements.
