A 54-year-old Wallaceburg man was found to be driving unusually slow on James Street in Wallaceburg around 4:30 a.m.  The man was pulled over as the officer believed the man may be driving impaired. During the investigation, the officer determined that the man was not impaired however he was suspended from driving.

The  man was charged with three counts of driving while under suspension.  His girlfriend’s car was impounded for seven days.
