Shortly after 3:00 a.m. this morning, an officer on general patrol observed Doug Couvillon, 40 years, of Adelaide Street North in Chatham walking on King Street East in Chatham.  Through investigation, the officer learned that the man was currently bound by several conditions including a curfew.  He was released pending a future court date of May 20th.
