In February 2015, a 12-year-old Chatham youth was released from custody with several conditions.  One of his conditions was to obey a daily curfew of 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.  On April 25th around 10:00 p.m. police were notified that the youth had failed to return home.

Yesterday morning, police located the youth and he was taken into custody.  The 12-year-old has been charged with failing to comply.  He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
