On March 24, a female driver was reported to police for striking a parked vehicle on King Street West in Chatham. The woman was taken to police headquarters where she refused a breath test. She was charged with impaired driving and failing to provide a sample.  She was released with conditions pending a future court date of April 8, 2015.
