Local hospitals adjust service schedules for Easter

Some health care services offered at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance (Chatham & Wallaceburg campuses) will be altered on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6, for Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Routine X-rays, EKG, and ultrasounds will not be available on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6. These departments will be staffed to the needs of inpatients and emergencies.

Ambulatory Care Services, out-patient rehabilitation services, out-patient laboratory services, Chatham-Kent mental health and addictions program, pre-surgical screening, Diabetes Education Centre, Pulmonary Function Lab, health records and patient appointment offices will be closed.

Elston Pharmacy, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance will be closed on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6.

The oncology/chemotherapy department will be closed on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6.

The business office and cashier`s office will be closed on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6. Please note there are two bill changers in the building to accommodate need for coin.

Hemodialysis care will be open on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6.

The emergency department at the Grand Avenue, Chatham, and Sydenham Campuses are open 24 hours daily.
