The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man following an Assault  in Chatham yesterday afternoon around noon. The disturbance began between two men and a woman which escalated into a physical altercation as the man punched the other male in the mouth and the woman in the nose.  The woman was able to contact police and both victims sustained minor injuries.

The 60-year-old Chatham man has been arrested and charged with 2 counts of assault and one count of mischief.  He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
