One of Chatham-Kent’s most wanted surrenders to police
A 22-year-old man from Wallaceburg who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest turned himself in at police headquarters in Chatham at about 11 a.m. on Thursday. Cody Lapointe faces several charges, including mischief, causing a disturbance, two counts of uttering threats to damage property and indecent act. He was released with a court date. The Wallaceburg man had been listed as one of Chatham-Kent’s most wanted criminals before surrendering himself.
