A suspicious man was arrested this morning after a Chatham woman spotted him on her driveway on Oxley Drive, at about 4 a.m.

The man was released from police custody on July 25 with conditions that included an 11 p.m. curfew.

Police were notified about the suspicious man and had a description. He was arrested shortly after while riding a bicycle along McNaughton Avenue West.

The 36-year-old Chatham man has been charged with failing to comply. He is being held in police custody for a bail hearing.
