A 28-year-old man from Duart who had been arrested the previous day for a break and enter,  was arrested again at 1 a.m. this morning when police caught him on St. Clair Street in violation of his release conditions.

As a result police arrested  him again and he was held in custody for a bail hearing. He faces an extra charge of breaching his release conditions.
