In July  and August of 2014, the Internet Child Exploitation Unit of the Chatham-Kent police became involved in an investigation surrounding the accessing,  possessing and making child pornography available.

Yesterday, a search warrant was executed at a Thames Street address in Chatham. As a result of that warrant, 63-year old was arrested and charged with accessing, possessing and making child pornography available.

One laptop computer, two desktop computers, one external hard drive and many external storage devices were seized for analysis.

He was released on a promise to appear with a number of release conditions.
