Last night, just before 11 p.m., the Chatham Kent police attended in the area of Ebenezer Street, Ridgetown after receiving a report of a young person in the area who was breaching a probation order. Upon arrival the accused was located hiding behind a bush and was apprehended by police. Police investigation revealed that the accused was in fact breaching four probation conditions. 

As a result a 15-year-old youth with no fixed address was transported to police headquarters where he was held in custody awaiting a court appearance this morning
