Yesterday between noon and 1 p.m. a suspicious man was in the area of Turquoise Court Chatham.
He was allegedly offering candy to young children in the neighbourhood and left the area when some parents went looking for him.
He was described as an older white male, with white hair and a full beard. He did not have a shirt on and was wearing dark blue jean shorts. He also had several tattoos.
