The Essex County OPP have released a photo of a federal inmate wanted for breaching his parole.
Kenneth Hill, who has been known to live in the Windsor area, is serving a sentence of five and a half years for offences including sexual assault. A Canada wide warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Hill is 38-years-old, 5’8” (175 cm’s), 220 lbs (100kg’s), with brown eyes and short dark hair.
