A 41-year-old Windsor was charged with assault and uttering threats following an incident in Tilbury last night.
Shortly after 7 p.m. Chatham-Kent police went to the high school soccer field area in regards to a disturbance. Upon arrival, a 32-year-old Windsor man reported that he had been pushed and threatened by another man.
He was released with conditions and a court date.
