A 45-year-old man was arrested this morning just before 3 a.m. in a domestic related incident.

Around 2:30 a.m. police responded to a disturbance on King Street West. A woman reported that around 1:30 a.m., a man she knew started kicking her door in an attempt to enter her apartment. He damaged the door frame and threatened the woman. He did not get in the apartment and as he was leaving he threw stones at her window, cracking a pane of glass. The 37-year-old woman was not injured.

Just before 3 a.m. police found the man and he was arrested and charged with uttering threats and mischief. He was held by police for a bail hearing.
