The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced yesterday that CBSA officers seized about 73 kg of marijuana at the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie, Ontario.

On March 20, a commercial vehicle arrived at the Peace Bridge with goods declared as okra. During a secondary examination, the truck was found to contain 61 packages of vacuum-sealed marijuana.

The driver was arrested and both the driver and drugs were turned over to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
