A man listed as one of Chatham-Kent’s most wanted was arrested yesterday morning.
On December 6, 2013, police arrested the man on Park Avenue East in Chatham after a domestic disturbance. A 51-year-old Chatham man was charged with uttering threats and assault. He was released from police custody with conditions and a court date. On March 5, his bail was revoked and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Yesterday morning, just before 9 a.m., the man was at court attending to his matter when he was arrested on the warrant. He remains in custody this morning for a bail hearing.
