On March 14, just after 9 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single motor vehicle on highway 401 eastbound off ramp at Queens Line.
The collision occurred when a Chevrolet passenger vehicle exited the highway on the eastbound off ramp, left the roadway, and struck a highway sign and delineator posts before coming to rest in the south ditch.
The male driver, 41-year-old Perica Crvenkovska, from Belle River, faces a distracted driving charge.
No injuries were reported.
