Last month, a local construction company noticed missing tools from a work site in Chatham. On Friday, February 21, the company learned that their Bosch Hammer Drill valued at $450 was at a local pawn shop. The Chatham-Kent police have identified and arrested the man responsible for taking the drill to the pawn shop.
Jason Board, 30, of Sheldon Avenue in Chatham was charged with theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000. He was released with conditions and a given a court date.
