Sign up to join CAS class-action lawsuit today and Saturday

A class-action lawsuit that targets Children’s Aid Societies across Ontario is looking for complainants in Chatham-Kent.

A free clinic is being held today at 79 King Street West in Chatham. People will assist with helping people fill out the forms. The clinic runs from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. on both days.

If you have ever been in the care of any CAS across Ontario then you qualify.

You need to bring a photo copy of your health card to attached to the form. Also bring all information you have about your time spent in foster care. If you have no paperwork then workers are on hand to help you obtain your CAS file.
