One man is in police custody after being charged with a break and enter on Timmins Crescent in Chatham. The break-in happened on Wednesday between 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Stolen were light bulbs, kitchen and bathroom taps, hoses and various tools worth about $450. Police discovered the bathroom taps and light bulbs had been installed in a house on Woods Street, which were removed by police.
Last night a 27-year-old Chatham man was arrested and charged with break and enter and possession of stolen property.
