The Lev Tahor child custody case that involves 14 (now 13) children is being argued this afternoon in a Chatham court. CAS withdraws from pursuing a 17-year-old mother as a child in the case, however they are still seeking custody of her child.

Morning arguments centred around legal interpretations of the CLRA act, section 3 and if it applied for the case, as well as arguments pertaining to factums that were submitted to the court in written form.

There is a large media turnout. The CKReview will have full coverage later in the day.
