Dump truck damages three hydro poles on Park Street

This morning around 6:30 a.m., a 58-year-old Blenheim man was driving his dump truck on Park Street in Chatham with his boom up which caught hydro lines. Damaged were three hydro lines powering five houses on Park Street and three poles with communication lines for CN Rail.

No one was injured.

The accident is under investigation by the Chatham-Kent police.
