OPPOn January 11, just before midnight, Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Chrysler vehicle on highway 40 at Park Avenue East.

While officers were speaking with the driver, 37-year-old Terry Love, from Blenheim, it was determined that he had been drinking alcoholic beverages.
