At 3:31 am this morning the Chatham Kent Police responded to a glass break alarm at Mark’s Work Warehouse on McNaughton Avenue, Wallaceburg.
Police say they saw two males running from the scene and a foot chase resulted in arrests a short distance away.
As a result of the investigation a Wallaceburg man and a young offender are charged with attempt break and enter and possession of break and enter tools. The adult male was also breaching a court ordered condition and was charged with breach of recognizance as well.
Both of them will appear in video bail court this morning.
