Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have released the name of the 60-year-old London man who was taken into custody, accused of failing to stop for the OPP on December 19. He has been identified as Thomas Carlisle from London.
He has been charged with mischief. fleeing police and dangerous driving.
Carlisle remains in custody and will appear in a Chatham court on December 23.
