OPP arrest passenger on the 401

The OPP arrested a passenger riding in a 2010 black BMW on the 401 near Tilbury on Friday.

Just before 10 p.m. the OPP stopped the vehicle and investigation revealed the passenger, Veronica Gabriel of Ormeaux, Quebec, was violating the terms of her bail conditions.

She was arrested and held for a bail hearing in a Chatham court this morning. She faces four counts of failing to comply to a recognizance order.
