On December 17 around 2:45 p.m. police stopped a car on Grand Avenue West in Chatham when it was discovered the licence plate did not match the car it was attached to.
The officer learned that the driver is suspended from driving for life as a result of many drinking and driving convictions. He was also suspended from driving for other reasons and did not have insurance.
