On December 14, just after 10 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving two vehicles on highway 40 near Pinehurst Line.
The collision occurred when a Chrysler vehicle traveling southbound struck a northbound Toyota vehicle.
The driver of the Chrysler, 23-year-old Stephen Maynard, from Chatham, has been charged with careless driving.
No injuries were reported and no domage estimate was provided by the OPP.
