Three people arrested in Moraviantown drug raid

On the 8th of October, at 5 a.m. the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) drug enforcement unit, OPP organized crime enforcement bureau, provincial weapons enforcement unit and the OPP tactics and rescue unit executed a search warrant at a Moraviantown Delaware First Nation Territory residence.

Police say they found marijuana, methamphetamine, oxycodone and Fentanyl patches with street value of about $18,000. A small amount of cash and other drug related paraphernalia and weapons were also seized. Three people were  arrested and are facing charges.

Anthony Snake, a 42-year-old Moraviantown man has been charged with four counts of drug trafficking, possession of stolen property, possession of a prohibited weapon and a probation violation for possessing a firearm.

Amanda Paxton, a 26-year-old Moraviantown woman has been charged with four counts of drug trafficking, two counts of possession of drugs (crystal meth and oxycodone) and possession of stolen property.

Jeffrey MacDonald, a 26-year-old Wallaceburg man has been charged with drug trafficking and possession of drugs (Fentanyl).
