CKHA’s Chatham campus continues to experience technical difficulties, affecting some information systems at the Chatham Campus, due to a severed cable.
External phone calls can now come into the organization, however, those trying to reach the hospital will likely continue to experience some difficulties.
Until the situation is fully resolved, CKHA will be reverting to downtime procedures (paper-based processes) for such things as patient admissions, transfers and patient charting, etc. As such, patients can expect some delays this evening and tomorrow, particularly at registration and in the emergency department.
