Yesterday just before 2 p.m. the Chatham-Kent OPP had a complaint about a bus driver who was driving down the 401 with a bus load of passengers while he used a hand-held communication device.
58 passengers were on the coach at the time and one of them was so concerned that they called the police. The OPP stopped the westbound bus and confirmed the driver was using the device and charged him.
Mark Neeb, a 44-year-old London man, has been charged with driving while using a hand-held communications device. He has a court date in Chatham on November 20.
