CKPS-Crest-259x300By Greg Holden

At the request of a CKReview reader to name those involved in the huge drug bust in Chatham-Kent yesterday, this reporter went to the courts to document those involved. Court was out of session and time restraints left only a partial list.

All of the names below are people who are charged and are seeking bail this morning. They are all innocent until proven guilty.

13 people related to yesterday’s drug sweep are seeking bail by making a video appearance according to Rene Cowell of the Chatham-Kent police. These people would be the ringleaders according to police. On the docket there were eight people listed who face drug charges. The CKReview cannot confirm they were a part of the ATAM operation yesterday. Police sources say those appearing by video may not be listed on the docket, they will be remanded in custody as well. ie: they will not get out today.

Seeking bail this morning on drug charges are:

Joshua Bradley, nine charges

Colton Srokosz, two charges

Jonathan Cumming, 14 charges

Emily McKenna, three charges

Tammy Troy, four charges

Gavin Ward, three charges

Jeffery Graham, three charges

Ryan Caron, eight charges

Also in court looking for bail this morning is Michael Meyerink who is charged with two counts of accessing child porn, two counts of possession of child porn and a charge of distributing/selling child porn.

Finally, Christopher Cooper faces charges of harassment, three counts of threatening death, break and enter, trespass at night, careless use/storage of a firearm, mischief, use firearm while prohibited, possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon while prohibited.

The operation by the Chatham-Kent police was called ATAM, an acronym for All Together Against Meth.

The media are expected to inform and this is public information. Everyday business at the CKReview. If I had their photos I would run them too. Have done so in the past and will do so in the future.
