The Chatham-Kent police have charged a Bothwell youth with failing to abide by his curfew condition.
On November 19, 2012, the youth was released from custody with conditions. One of the conditions stated that he was to abide by a curfew of 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily.
On February 2, the youth left his residence and did not return all night. Shortly after 8 p.m. last night, police located the youth on Chestnut Street in Bothwell and he was arrested.
The 14-year-old has been charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
