School bus rear-ended, no injuries

Just before 4:30 p.m. on Friday a school bus with 12 students on board was involved in a collision on Keil Drive South, just north of Park Avenue West.

The bus was rear-ended in the southbound curb lane near railway tracks.

It is believed that weather conditions played a role in the collision. No students were injured on the bus and no injuries were reported in the car that struck the bus.

Another bus was quickly on the scene to take the children home.
