Woman slams into No Frills in Wallaceburg

An 83-year-old woman drove her Dodge Caravan into the wall at the entrance of No Frills in Wallaceburg on Friday.
Just before 2:00 p.m., for reasons not known, the woman accelerated into the wall in what appeared to be an attempt at parking her vehicle.
No airbags deployed in the van. EMS attended the scene and the woman was taken away. No serious injuries were reported and charges are pending an investigation by police.
