Get ready to have some fashion fun tonight in Chatham.

King Street will be closed between William Street and Third Street from 5 p.m. as downtown prepares for Fashion Night Out. A fashion show is being held at the Armouries at 6 p.m., doors open at 5:30 featuring 70 models.

The CKReview spoke with Thomas from Gentry Manor about the event. “Gentry Manor will have a DJ and some models outside, as well as special treats inside.”, Thomas said, “We are excited about this event and hope to see people enjoying the fall fashions.”

The program is a collaboration between American Vogue, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, NYC & Company, and the City of New York. Chatham-Kent is being recognized by those organizations as a contributing member. Fashion Night Out is a global initiative, and is the idea of Vogue’s Anna Wintour.
