Update: Body found in Thames is identified

The deceased has been positively identified as Paul Duncan Grisdale-Verschoore, 53, of Emma Street in Chatham.

The body was removed and sent to the London Health Sciences Centre where a post-mortem examination was conducted yesterday. The cause of death has not yet been released.
