Publication ban for Chris Carter

At the Chatham courthouse today, 425 Grand Ave. W, Chris Carter of Canada Court Watch appeared before a judge, facing a charge of personation. Earlier reports said the charge was obstruction of justice and that was either changed or never happened.
On February 21, 2012, at about 1:30 pm the Chatham police arrested Carter near the same address. Carter was involved in a protest that demanded Ombudsman oversight of the CAS. We cannot report the details of the case as they took place in court as a publication ban is in effect. We can report that Carter had temporarily left the protest to help another protester bring a small child to a vehicle, presumably to warm up.
Outside the court two of his supporters I spoke with both said Carter had attended a CAS meeting while trying to help a friend. They said CAS workers had already been banned from speaking with Carter. Carter went to the meeting with his friend and introduced himself by his middle name and his mothers maiden name. They said Carter was originally charged with obstruction of justice.
Supporters on a Facebook group, called “Stop the Children’s Aid Society from taking children from good parents” praise Carter’s efforts. They point out that the law for personation states “Every one who fraudulently personates any person, living or dead”, to which there is no such person living or dead. In the court of public opinion he has already been exonerated.
When I spoke with Carter, at the CAS protest on Grand Ave., only an hour before his arrest, he asked that I video events as they unfolded. Two Chatham-Kent Police Service officers were approaching. When the police arrived they said they had a complaint about protesters waving their signs too close to the roadway, and merely asked that protesters stay on the sidewalk. Once they left I had no sign from Carter that a video camera would be of use or that an arrest was imminent. It appears the police waited until Carter was away from the protest to arrest him, so as to avoid aggravating the crowd of protesters.
Friends indicated Carter had supporters from Canada Court Watch from as far away as Peterborough coming to Chatham to help him, and join in the protests against CAS.

Is the judges who should be locked up and not Chris their blatant violation of their oath of office and loyalty to the Constitution of Canada has finally been exposed, they hold a higher loyalty to their Bar Association members who routinely commit fraud on the court to steal children and selling them in ever enlarging slavery market. The international human rights watch should investigate the judges, the attorneys, and Canadian prosecutors. For violation of international human rights under color of law and authority.
Unbelievable! Obviously CAS have things to hide. Who cares what name this man used. He was helping a friend in need. He could have called himself Jesus as far as that goes . I call him ANGEL and if I was ever in need I would be happy to have someone like him helping me against monsters. Why does CAS care so much about a name? Because they are scared ,and from what I see they should be. Actually they may have shot themselves in the arm and the foot!! Chris went to Chatham to help families being destroyed by CAS and so now they are nailing him to the cross with imaginary spikes to stop him from doing what he does so well, protect children! The very agencies that supposedly “protect” people are trying to twist the law in order to stop him! Why would they do that if they had nothing to hide? Why would they slap a publication ban? Our tax dollars are going towards penalizing this man who sacrifices his life everyday for others!

Absurd, that the police are the pawns of a private corporation. Who is obligated BY LAW to provide their name to an individual who has NO legal authority to ask of it to begin with? This person cold have told the they are the Pope of England and not broken one law! I’m filing my own complaint with the Upper Law Society against this crooked crown should disbarred and the police chief fired over this.

The problem is by using his middle name and his mother’s maiden name, he misrepresented who he was. The CAS workers were not to speak with a Chris Carter, but at the meeting he didn’t portray himself as Chris Carter, but someone else instead.
I know an entire family that the children all use their middle name instead of their first name. Because they are KNOWN by these names, it isn’t like they are trying to identify themselves as someone else.
If you have non profits set up by the govt and cops who also say, sorry we cannot speak to you there is a ban then the govt. in Ontario from courts to cops to CAS is corrupt. I have never seen a more controlling system.
The system is corrupt. What he did is not illegal but what CAS did and now the courts could be, but if you complain not much happens. Until there are full federal civil rights and with real teeth, the abuses will not stop. Sadly the government does not care.
My question: WHY was he banned? It’s been my experience CAS LOVE it when a bullied parent has to stand ALONE to advocated for themselves or their child, they’re not so happy when you have support. My guess is that he was too effective in supporting families know their rights and avoid CAS abuses! They should not be able to tell you who you can and cannot have come with you! To me that speaks VOLUMES about the CAS, not Chris. Too BAD he had to resort to a name change because of his drive and desire to protect families… Tara.
Why the publication ban? Who is it protecting? I can understand banning the publishing of the names of any children involved, but beyond that?? This is not like he murdered someone, he gave a name other than his own, and not to the police. What exactly is being hidden here?

why? Because Chris Carter knows the child protection laws and the CAS would most likely incriminate themselves in unlawful activities. The average citizen believes child protection workers are well trained ethical professionals. No one has ever questioned their activities. So these workers in child protection got over zealous and started taking on families with knowlege of the laws and what their rights are. Mr.Carter has been one of those people. ANY person who has ever looked into the laws when involved with a child protection racket, knows these people are deceptive. When you know the child protection laws you know that CAS do not follow them very well. You soon catch on that they lie to your face. They lie in their case files and they lie in court. They have full knowledge when taking kids they can’t protect them. They are defrauding the government. So, time after time after time, they cover their activities with publication bans “to protect the identity of children” Especially when CAS have obtained custody illegally. When THEY have looked the other way when these kids are abused or killed in foster care. Protect the child’s identity? They didn’t protect the child so why would the child’s identity need protecting? Protecting a child’s identity is not an issue when CAS go the their schools and publicly haul them out of their classes in full view and knowledge of most of the school for questioning. Most of the social work activity I have seen is like a reality TV show full of bitter,hormonal women who will stop at nothing to protect the power they have. I say stop protecting a child’s identity and start protecting the child. Bless you Chris Carter for standing up to these rediculous bullies. You are the one who was trying to help a child. They were covering it up so their failures would be hidden.

What happening to the children in this country is inhumane and uncivilized. It is our duty
to speak against injustice, Chris Carter was doing his duty, by speaking out against injustice. He is a prime example on what Canada have become. Wroong is right, and right is wrong. Those police officers was working for the big corporation, and they maliciously used their power to protect the big corporation. Time for all advocates to get together with a plan. Good job Chris!
All over the world the crimes of these fake child protectors are getting harder and harder to cover up. They are getting desperate. They know they can’t keep the truth hidden any longer. They know that too many people are exposing them, and they are getting outnumbered.
All over Canada, and pretty soon the world, people are going to know what a REAL child and family protector Chris Carter is, and how disgustingly corrupt the family destroyers, CAS, are.
Mr Chris Carter is a violent and abusive man. He has assaulted several court officials, including a judge, and members of the public.
He fanatically threatens anyone that disagrees with him and doesn’t accept his slanted view of reality.

Turtle I happen to know this man personally and he has never once ever threatend anyone with physical harm or ever laid a hand on anyone. perhaps you need to get your facts straight before spewing out verbal diarhea everytime you speak. I too am a proud canada court watch supporter and the fact of the matter is if it had not been for this organization I too would likely have lost my son due to false allegation which i proved on the first court date but had to fight for 18 months to get it thrown out of court because the CAS would continue to make up yet even more lies which i had to disprove even further to the courts. this is clear abuse by the CAS NOT Mr. Chris Carter

Turtle has been advised to provide support for his claims, and asked to show what relevence they have even in the unlikely case they are true.
He has also been advised that I personally will provide Chris Carter with Turtles personal information upon request.
He posted these same allegations on another CKReview article and I interpet them as nothing more than malicious spam.
The CKReview does not shy away from controversial topics, however libel will not be tolerated.

The allegations are false and, in my opinion, malicious and dare I say, even actionable.
It’s true that I am a intensely outspoken critic of the the gov’t of Ontario’s child protection litigation system and I have accused judges of being unlawfully aligned with the CASs against families, but I’ve never assaulted a judge.

I’m not sure if Mr. Skinner, oops I mean “Turtle”, takes his instruction from the CAS as he seems to or not but they have made similar allegations against me as well.

I think we need more chris carter’s in chatham-Kent especially!!! Im glad Canada court watch is helping families, to educate and protect themselves and their children from the abuses of the “children’s aid society. CCW does good work, something CAS most assuredly does not!!!
I have a feeling that I know the identity of Turtle. It’s an alike comment that I have heard before. CCW has many many supporters, one of whom is myself, to the point where I have started advocating with them. I have been at each and EVERY court date with Chris Carter, and NOT once has he ever assaulted anyone!! Chris has asserted his RIGHTS in the court room!! Keep up the great work Chris!!! I would also love for you Turtle to back up with good solid evidence what you are saying, as I have gotten to know Chris as a person, and all the derogatory statements are absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Turtle if he had assaulted a judge he would be in prison. Since court records are for the most part open by law and SCC decisions to the public if what Turtle alleged was true, go get them. CCW is a self help group for in the face of a sane judicial system, we do what we must to help each other out. Nothing about the system is clear, honest open or transparent from this area to Hamilton to Milton to Niagara to Sarnia people are trapped in a nasty unfair system.
I would love to see whatever evidence Turtle can come up with. I too am a Canada Court Watch supporter & I have NEVER had any issues with Chris Carter. He is one of MANY angels that have suffered unfairly from the corrupt Children’s Aid Society & corrupt family courts. I have personally watched the family courts try to cover up the lies & have watched CAS workers & their lawyers do the same. It happens daily in this country & it’s LONG over due that the corruption has come to light. There’s a movement travelling right across the country & the CAS workers, their lawyers & the corrupt judges that support & side with them should all be scared. The masses will soon learn of your corruption & when they do how do you plan on containing that?
With yesterdays release of the G20 Report i now say much of what the police allude in some court hearing may be held under scrutiny. In Ont. the judicial system is one sided and anyone and this means you turtle, that thinks otherwise is out of touch with reality.
Lawyers breaking laws acting like ogres, cops making up or illegally getting evidence. Judges resfusing to let one side speak. That is not how a democracy works.
